Our Team continues to be stringent around hygiene and cleaning regimes including thorough, frequent hand sanitization.
Our vans are regularly sanitized particularly for those areas touched regularly by team members and our Mechanic changes gloves between every vehicle.
We are being extra vigilant on personal space and exercising social distancing as much as possible.
On arrival our Mechanic will need your keys before carrying out the booking but will not ask for your signature on paperwork or in store tablets.
You’ll be invited to receive quotations and invoices by email which we would appreciate you accepting to minimise contact.
For the safety of both our Team and our customers, we will have a face covering. Whilst our customer contact is minimal we ask that all customers will respect these rules and wear a face covering while liaising with the mechanic.
