At WheelXChange our mission is to make the process of having your wheels / tyres changed hassle free, convenient and cost effective.

1. REGISTER

Click ‘Book Now’ to register your vehicle details, make your payment and book your appointment that is most convenient to you. You have the choice of a morning or afternoon slot. Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. You can change your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your chosen date. Add a Seasonal Vehicle Health Check for just CHF45 if you’d like our mechanic to carry this out at the same time as the wheel / tyre change.

2. Wheel collection (FREE and optional)

When you book your first appointment do not forget to book a free collection of your current off season tyres in order our Technician can complete a safety survey on your wheels / tyres before storing them and later bringing them along to the planned change. The survey will highlight tread wear, depth, air leakage points. For replacement tyres we will provide you with a no obligation quote for sourcing those as you wish. We can collect from your home or workplace.

3. Your appointment

A few days prior to your appointment you will receive an email and text reminder. Your skilled and experienced WheelXChange technician will arrive at your booked time and location, and complete the wheel / tyre change. If you have booked a Seasonal Vehicle Health Check, your mechanic will complete this at the same time. Any repairs or replacements carried out for the Vehicle Health Check will be invoiced to you at a later date. Read our FAQs for more information about your appointment, such as ensuring our mechanic has safe and suitable access to your vehicle. Remember, you can change your appointment up to 3 days prior to your chosen date. Simply login to your WheelXChange account and choose a new date.

4. Proactive aftercare and storage

Our mechanic will take your off-season wheels / tyres back to our secure depot. We will wash and complete a safety survey of your wheels / tyres before storing them. You will receive a copy of our report that highlights tread wear, tread depth, air leakage points and provides any safety recommendations. For any recommendations, we will also provide you with a no obligation quote for carrying out the work or replacing a tyre. You can be sure that your vehicle is properly prepared at the next seasonal change.
